Reporting Overview

All Adelman clients receive a systematic delivery of reports detailing the location and travel plans of en-route personnel. EnRoute Traveler Locator (ETL) reports will be delivered automatically via e-mail to the designated account liaison. We have a detailed plan in place that covers all aspects of a crisis situation with the emphasis on response and safety.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

  • Absolutely. The applications are password protected and all data is returned using SSL encryption. Furthermore, by creating customized access profiles, access can be limited to certain divisions or departments. Additionally, due to the highly sensitive nature of credit card information, we have chosen not to show these numbers in full.

When is data available and for how long?

  • While data is posted daily by 10:00 am for the previous day, fully reconciled data for the prior month is available by the 15th of each month. This allows time to close and reconcile the ticket reporting cycle and to thoroughly cleanse the data. The database houses three years of historical data plus the current year.

What if I have a one-time request for a report?

  • We provide special reports if requested. These requests can be given to your Global Account Manager. Periodically, additional reports are added to the report library for your convenience to view online. You may also request customized report designs.

I want each of my three department heads to have access to their data only, can this be done?

  • Yes. If either department numbers or other identifier codes are used, or travel is segregated using a separate customer identification number, this can be accomplished. Each profile would be created to limit the activity based on need.

What do I need to run reports and access historical invoices?

  • All you need is a computer with Internet access (we recommend using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer for optimal browsing) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free from our online report site).

What is the process for receiving a user ID and password?

  • It’s as easy as contacting your Global Account Manager. They’ll take care of providing you with a user ID and password. If you wish, we will stop any paper/e-mailed reports at that time.

Do I need to attend a training class?

  • No. Formal training is not necessary because the reporting systems are very user-friendly. Of course we are available to help you if needed and will provide you with any assistance with how to generate reports.

Oreceipt is a bill management and data integration system based on XML software that enables access to your invoices at anytime in the format you need.

Oreceipt allows you to keep track of your invoices from Adelman Travel Group, organize them in folders of your choice, print your invoices anytime you desire, forward individual or groups of invoices by e-mail, or access your data directly in an XML format.

aAlert

Safety and savings for the new travel landscape

Changes in airline policies regarding non-refundable tickets have magnified the importance of tracking such tickets before a trip commences. aAlert is Adelman's response to ensure your company does not lose the value of unused tickets. In addition, heightened concerns regarding international travel have made it even more important to know where your travelers are at a moment's notice.

aAlert - How it Works

aAlert, along with its partner report, EnRoute Traveler Locator (ETL), notifies individual travelers of US State Department Consular announcements and travel warnings. ETL enables travel managers to know where their employees are every day in these uncertain times.

aAlert also notifies clients of pending non-refundable ticket activity. The individual traveler and/or a specified travel manager receive an e-mail of the pending non-refundable trip. The traveler has the option to rebook the trip for a later date or hold it for future travel if the revised dates are not yet confirmed. In either case, the majority of the ticket's value is retained for the client. Pre-trip non-refundable purchasing reports are also available in html or Excel format.

Even if you are not currently making use of our aAlert product, when Adelman Travel receives a travel warning from the State Department regarding a country or area of the world and your travelers are there, you'll be the first to know.

aApproval

Adelman Travel's, aApproval Automated Pre-trip approval system, is an innovative web-based program which enables corporate travel managers the option to review employees' travel itineraries before automated ticketing. APT can process all travel reservations, including those made through Adelman's full-service agency or any of the several online booking products available to Adelman Travel's corporate clients.

Managing Policy Compliance

Based on a client's travel policy, aApproval has the capability to present multiple savings opportunities to the approver for air, car and hotel bookings. If approver denies the reservation, the end traveler receives an electronic notification with customized reason codes. The approver also has the ability to add additional comments for both the traveler and travel consultant to view. Adelman Travel's consultants are notified to assist the traveler in creating an itinerary that is compliant with their employer's travel policy. Knowing that approvers are busy people, Adelman Travel designed aApproval to send automatic reminders to the approver, traveler and the Adelman Travel consultant to ensure cost protection of pending reservations.

aTrak Pro

Our highly sophisticated software program, aTrak Pro, tracks and reports unused electronic tickets monthly -- saving you the value of any used e-tickets. No more long lists of unused e-tickets! aTrak Pro is used to monitor and manage all usage, non-usage, refunds and exchanges of electronic tickets. aTrak Pro scans our Global Distribution System (GDS) every day for electronic tickets, and compares the status of the tickets to its database. If a segment or whole ticket has not been traveled on in 72 hours after the travel date, the electronic ticket is considered unused and will be reported. aTrak Pro can also automatically update the individual profiles of corporate travelers with unused ticket information

You and your Global Account Manager will receive copies of the reports to monitor unused ticket trends.
