Steve attended the Wharton College of Business and is a Certified Travel Consultant and Certified Travel Industry Executive. Steve has been with Adelman since 1995. With over 30 years of corporate travel management experience, he previously held management positions at American Express and BTI Americas. As COO, Steve leads travel operations, Client Success, Partner Solutions and the Adelman Vacations and Affinity businesses.

Erin Zugelder found her passion for the travel industry while traveling abroad pursuing her career in the Fine Arts. After several years of pursuing her career path in the Fine Arts, she was presented with an opportunity to join the Delta Private Jets team. Erin started with the company as an individual contributor on the Charter Sales team at Delta Private Jets and quickly grew to lead the team as the Manager of Charter Sales. Over time Erin also assumed additional responsibilities taking on Charter Services as well as Agency Sales. Most recently Erin has been asked to take on a new role as Head of New Corporate Sales at Wheels Up. Erin is thrilled to lead the team to new horizons in this position as she celebrates her 10th year working in aviation!

As the Director of Private Sector Engagement, Yvonne Chen ensures businesses and relevant stakeholders understand how human traffickers and child exploiters use business structures to exploit victims and identify, develop, and/or deploy tools and best practices to stop it.

Ms. Chen brings a unique perspective having been a live-in coordinator for a residential program for those who have experience sex trafficking. Ms. Chen is a fluent Mandarin speaker and national expert on working with East Asian communities trafficked in massage parlors. She has a decade of experience providing direct services to trafficked persons. She also has trained and educated tens of thousands of community members and professionals to understand human trafficking and identify trafficked people. Prior to coming to ECPAT-USA, Ms. Chen worked as a Supervising Program Manager at another anti-trafficking agency and has experience working with different refugee populations in the States and South Africa.

Jeff Ochaita is a results-driven business leader with over 27 years of travel industry experience. With an extensive background in travel and expense management, operations and sales, Jeff is responsible for leading the Customer Solutions Engineer Team to provide services and solutions to customers, both internal and external, with Adelman’s suite of technology -products, and global offerings.

Jeff is involved with consultative planning focused around innovation, product enhancements, global multinational consolidation strategies and goal obtainment, to meet market demands, define best practices and meet our customer’s changing needs.

Jeff is passionate about the travel industry and has a proven track record of success working in various positions during his 20+ tenure at Adelman Travel.

Sr. Global Sales Executive, Delta Air Lines

Monica Kremer has worked in the airline industry beginning with NWA in 1998 and Delta after the merger. Of the 22 years with Delta Air Lines; 17 years have been dedicated to the BCD Travel account and subsidiaries. As a Global Sales Account Executive, Monica is responsible for growing and maintaining valuable relationships with BCD, Adelman and World Travel Service staff of all levels, while promoting Delta and the JV (AFKL/AZ/VS). Monica continuously works to grow agency and corporate share through a variety of programs and initiatives while creating meaningful incentives and facilitating educational opportunities.

Monica is a graduate of St. Cloud State University (MN) with a B.S. in Sales and Marketing and member of Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. She lives in Minnesota with her husband Brian and 11 year old daughter, Kylie.

Mike has been a member of the Research & Intelligence Team since 2013.

He joined BCD Travel after a career at British Airways, bringing a wealth of experience in business strategy, network planning, competitor analysis, economics, market analysis and forecasting. At BCD, he is responsible for producing the Industry Forecast and providing insights and thought leadership on a range of trends and issues relating to the business travel industry. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Southampton. He is based in Rickmansworth, U.K.
