Industrial action by Iberia staff at Barcelona Airport is expected to impact flights Sept. 21-24. Iberia has issued waivers for travelers who wish to change their flights to/from/through Barcelona away from these dates. Alternative travel may occur between 21 to 28 September, 2019.
American Airlines and Cathay Pacific also issued waivers for travel to/from Barcelona on itineraries including Iberia flights but ticketed by American or Cathay Pacific.
