Los Cabos – The Mexican Baja Riviera

Situated on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula are the idyllic resort destinations of Los Cabos and Cabos San Lucas. This beautiful area known generally in the United States as “Cabo” encompasses both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo as well as a string of hotels and resorts along the coast in between them. Cabo San Lucas is more well known among Americans and hosts thousands of tourists and spring break vacationers every year. The sophisticated San Jose del Cabo is quieter and more authentic and offers many activities outside of the nightlife. The evening Art Walk through the Gallery District in San Jose del Cabo’s Old Town, which takes place every Thursday night November through June, allows visitors to enjoy the neighborhood and the art after a busy day of activities.  

November through March is Cabo’s most popular season. The weather is comfortably warm, but not humid, and there is very little rainfall.
