Employee Wellness Benefit Program
This year, Adelman introduced our new Employee Wellness Benefit Program companywide. The program provides Wellness Time Off (WTO) hours separate from regular PTO to support our employees’ physical, emotional, and mental health. Our goal is to create a stronger, healthier, and more engaged workforce by providing the means to allow employees to take care of themselves and their family members.
