Adelman Travel Unveils New VIP and Concierge Programs

(Milwaukee, WISCONSIN, January 14, 2014) – Adelman Travel, a leading business travel management company, has introduced two new programs to kick off the New Year. Adelman’s Ambassador Club is a premier VIP service, and Adelman Concierge is a new custom services program geared toward corporate and consumer travelers.

“Ambassador Club puts Adelman at the forefront of VIP services, while eliminating all minimum requirements to participate in this new program,” said Gary Deutsch, Senior Vice President of Operations and Account Management. “Each company determines who within their organization qualifies for the Ambassador Club program; there are no minimum requirements of travel volume or level of position within the company.”

Ambassador Club is designed for Adelman’s corporate clients who require additional services and monitoring of their travel reservations. The Ambassador Desk is staffed by dedicated VIP travel consultants who provide a range of services, including the monitoring of reservations for potential travel disturbances. When an at-risk reservation is identified, an Ambassador Club consultant will work with the affected traveler to make alternate arrangements before disruptions occur.

Prior to beginning travel as an Ambassador Club member, travelers are interviewed by an Ambassador Desk consultant who will document each individual’s travel profile with all preferences and pertinent details, ensuring a highly customized experience for each member. Additionally, Ambassador Club members receive the same levels of support and monitoring, regardless of booking method, including for online bookings.

To complement their care services, Adelman Travel is simultaneously deploying Adelman Concierge. This program is available to all corporate accounts and individual consumers of Adelman and is offered to both travelers and non-travelers.

“Adelman Concierge operates similar to a hotel’s concierge desk,” said Deutsch. “The service is available globally 24 hours a day and can respond to a variety of needs and wants within a very quick timeframe. Basically, if someone can think to request it, we can fulfill it.”

Some of the services offered by Adelman Concierge include restaurant recommendations and reservations, procurement of theater and sports tickets, golf tee time reservations, prescription deliveries, lost baggage search and shopping assistance. Additionally, Adelman Concierge can assist with translation services, currency conversion, lost travel documents and passports, and worldwide emergency travel support, including security and medical assistance and evacuation.

“We were looking for a way to fulfill all of our customers’ VIP objectives, including those outside the boundaries of normal VIP services that address only air, car and hotel support,” said Deutsch. “The Ambassador Club and Adelman Concierge programs allow us to do that.”
