Lufthansa Airlines is warning of considerable schedule disruptions across its entire domestic network Jan. 11 due to persistent snowfall.

Travelers should reconfirm flight status before heading to the airport when traveling on Lufthansa or any other carrier serving Germany.

Lufthansa also reminds passengers travelling within Germany whose flights were cancelled that they can use trains of Deutsche Bahn instead.   Their Lufthansa flight ticket can be converted into a train ticket of Deutsche Bahn ticket at https://www.lufthansa.com/de/en/good-for-train
