Work Hands On with Your Adelman Team
Because the travel industry is always changing, your designated Client Success Manager will counsel you through rising management products and services. You’ll be assigned a Global Client Success Manager who will build relationships on multiple levels with your team. With a dedicated destination and supplier training, everyone will be on the same page.
Service-level KPIs are a priority, so we encourage you to attend our strategic management meetings and online training sessions for a deeper level of understanding. Each year, you’ll have an Adelman executive consultation meeting, a travel arranger seminar, and a consultant interview with your top travelers. We believe in shared knowledge solely to make you successful.
Upon meeting your Client Success Manager, you’ll quickly craft an in-depth strategic management blueprint. Your assigned manager will also work with you to determine which payment and expense reporting solutions are best for your industry and budget. Once that’s confirmed, a customized online booking tool will be implemented, followed by training sessions for you and staff members.
Your Adelman team doesn’t stop there. In addition to your success advisor, you’ll be assigned a small consultant team who helps travelers when they self-book or have miscellaneous questions. In this diagnostic environment, we’ll walk through the various components that make up your travel program, such as culture, business units, financial objectives, online platforms, and KPIs.
With the intricacies of your travel program, Adelman will provide two diagnostic reviews over the life of your agreement. Your Adelman team will translate the strategic insights from the diagnosis into the best service-configuration model. You’ll work one-on-one with your Client Success Manager to determine the path to success for each corporate trip that’s to come.
