Freebird saves travelers from the aggravation caused by flight delays

How it works: the simplicity of Freebird

A company determines which travelers will be protected by Freebird and pays a fee per ticket.  Once a disruption occurs, a traveler is notified via an alert to their mobile device.  After opening the alert, they are presented with multiple flight options.  The traveler simply clicks their desired flight and is immediately rebooked.  Freebird pays for the new ticket and processes the original ticket for a refund.
