Whether a trip to Disney is on your bucket list once every few years or it’s an annual stop in your vacation routine you can be assured that there is always something exciting and new to make your visit extra special and unique. Visitors headed to Disney World in Florida can look forward to the March 4 opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Hollywood Studios along with Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure coming this summer at Epcot. New restaurants include Round up Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land and Epcot’s new Space 220 which will provide diners with spectacular aerial views over the park. Disneyland’s California Adventure will unveil its new Avengers Campus which will feature an exciting Spiderman experience.

Adelman’s vacations advisor and Disney specialist, CJ Crow, who has been to Disney over 25 times, reminds vacation hopefuls, that if they haven’t been there in a while, there is a host of other recently opened attractions just waiting to “wow” park guests. Star Wars Galaxy Edge and state-of-the-art interactive Millennium Falcon ride have been the talk of the town since opening in 2019 but the highly acclaimed Pandora – World of Avatar which is the newest land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom also boasts impressive special effects and has been wildly popular with guests ever since its opening. “Even visitors who have not seen the Avatar movies rave about Pandora,” CJ said.  The Avatar Flight of Passage attraction remains one of the most popular rides in all of Walt Disney World.  “The special effects are totally amazing.  You really feel like you are there and flying through Pandora. I could go on this ride again and again!” CJ exclaimed.

Disney’s whimsical Toy Story Land has also been thrilling guests since its opening. “Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios is very well done, and we especially enjoyed the Slinky Dog Dash roller coaster,” CJ said.  Families will also be able to take a spin on Alien Swirling Saucers and can walk through the Toy Story Mania carnival to experience a variety of fun, fast-paced games which put guests in the action taking aim at 3D objects – using everything from baseballs to cream pies. CJ and her family also really enjoyed the Toy Story green army men which come out to entertain the crowd. “They leave everyone smiling.”

With such a wide variety of themes and attractions, Disney is the perfect destination for multigenerational travel. Adelman’s Shelly Williams recently took her grandchildren to Disney World where they enjoyed a truly memorable experience. “The weather is perfect in February. We took advantage of the fast passes and had really had a wonderful trip together.”
