Due to adverse weather expected on April 18 in the Chicago area travel to/from/through O’Hare Airport may be affected.
United Airlines issued waivers for travel originally scheduled on April 18, 2018. Rebooked travel must begin by April 21, 2018. Other carriers may follow suit as they evaluate forecasted conditions in regards to their operations.
Other airports in the region could also be impacted. In addition, disruptions in the Chicago area could cause a ripple effect triggering issues for flights elsewhere so travelers are advised to monitor airline flight status with regards to your specific itinerary.
