Flights are now operating to/from Osaka Kansai International Airport after typhoon Jebi however airlines have extended their waiver period as the airport works to return to full normal operations.
Airlines including JAL, American, Delta and United that are offering waivers for flights to/from Osaka Kansai have generally extended the change period to include travel through Sept 19 or 20. Other airlines including ANA and Cathay Pacific have extended their waiver period through Sept. 30.
Several carriers have increased their services to other nearby airports in Japan until Kansai can return to full capacity.
