As Saipan International Airport continues to recover from severe damage sustained during Typhoon Yutu travel is still limited.
United Airlines is still offering a flexible rebooking policy for travel to/from/through Saipan through Nov. 25.
Other carriers may also still be offering waivers. Check with your airline or your Adelman travel consultant for specific rebooking or cancelation options in regards to these waivers.
