Demonstrations which have turned violent have been occurring over the past several days in Port-au-Prince, and other cities across Haiti. Protestors are demanding that Haitian president Jovenel Moise step down over corruption claims.

American Airlines issued waivers for travel to Cap Haitien and Port Au Prince originally scheduled through Feb. 24.

Air Canada is offering waivrs for travel to Port Au Prince originally scheduled through Feb 27.

Delta issued waivers for travel to Port Au Prince  originally scheduled through Feb. 22.

JetBlue issued waivers for travel to Port Au Prince  originally scheduled through Feb. 22.

Spirit issued waivers for travel to Cap Haitien and Port Au Prince originally scheduled through Feb. 22.

Other carriers may follow suit as they evaluate the situation.

Travelers are advised to not only check your airline flight status but should also monitor local conditions as additional protest associated violence could erupt at any time.
